How to enroll as a distributor
You can enroll by completing and signing an Indonesian Distributor Application and Agreement (DA) form and sending it to the sales office in Jakarta, either in person or by fax. Each new distributor is required to pay an enrollment fee of Rp. 250,000 for which he or she will receive a Tahitian Noni Start-up Kit and be able to attend a Fast Start Camp. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Visa or MasterCard, Bank Central Asia (BCA) Debit Card, Bank Wire Transfer.
Your Distributor Application and Agreement Form must include the following information:
- Your name exactly as it appears on your bank account (needed for sending commissions and transfers)
- Photocopy of your Indonesia Identification Card
- Personal sponsor's name and ID numberApplicant signature at the bottom of the Distributor Agreement ( Your sponsor: Muammar IPC ID 2608352. phone: 081584340849
- Personal Indonesian bank account information for commissions transfer (must include bank and branch name)
- Payment method: Rp 250,000 includes a Tahitian Noni Start-up Kit and Fast Start Camp enrollment
- Indicate Case AutoShip Program payment method (Visa/MasterCard, bank wire, etc.)
- For bank wire payments, you need to complete an authorization form. This form can be found on TNI Indonesia’s internet site or in the sales office.
How to Place an Order
Four options are available:
1. Telephone: Call the Tahitian Noni International Office in Jakarta and provide your credit card information
2. Fax: Fax a copy of the Product Order form and bank transfer receipt
3. Sales Office: Drop by Monday - Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Case AutoShip Program (CAS)
Case AutoShip is a key building block for the success of every distributor’s business. Participation in CAS qualifies you to receive discount pricing, Fast Start Bonus commissions, worldwide bonus pools, and attendance at Success Path events.
CAS Options
Conditional: An order will be sent if you have not ordered one case of juice or equivalent before the 15th of each month.Unconditional: Automatically ships one case of juice each month, regardless of other orders in the month.
Mode of Payment for CAS
1. Bank Transfer: Must submit bank authorization form
2. Credit Card: Visa or Master Card
3. Cash: Must purchase product prior to the 15th of the month
Commissions
Fill in bank account information located on the Distributor Application form.Commissions will be sent by telegraphic transfer (T/T) to your personal Indonesian bank account each month.
Founders Club Qualification and Rewards
Successful distributors who achieve ASQV4 values of 50,000 between 3 December 2005 and 30 November 2006 will become Founders Club members and will be entitled to the following rewards:
Silver TNI Founder (50,000 ASQV4): One roundtrip air ticket to 2007 Regional Convention
Gold TNI Founder (75,000 ASQV4): Two roundtrip air tickets to 2007 Regional Convention
